So... I had to cancel my trip and was a little nervous about getting my refund back. It did take a bit of time, but flixbus handled it without any hassle and the money came through just like they said it would. Overall, straightforward.

The driver was really calm and careful the whole way, which I appreciated. No speeding, no sudden braking, and he kept a safe distance from other cars, so I could actually relax during the trip. Overall it was a good experience, and I’d hope that kind of reliable service is recognized or compensated in some way

"Pretty comfy ride for the price"
I took a FlixBus for a few hours, it was better than I expected. The seat wasn’t super wide or anything, but it was comfortable enough, especially for the price. I could lean back a bit and didn’t feel totally worn out when I got there, which was a nice little win.

I used the FlixBus app to grab my tickets and keep an eye on the trip updates, and it was just easy. It opened right away, didn’t freeze or crash on me, and when it was time to board my QR code was right there like it should be. Nothing fancy to complain about, it just did what I needed

"Plenty of routes, even to smaller places"
I’ve been using flixbus mostly because it goes to places where the train just doesn’t line up well for me. I was surprised to find buses between smaller cities too, not just the major stops. On one trip, I had a few different departure times to pick from, and based on that, I’d say they’re generally good for flexible planning. It’s not perfect every time, but when it comes to having route options, it’s been really useful.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with FlixBus, and I was a little nervous beforehand, but boarding ended up being really easy. The driver just checked my ticket on my phone, no issues at all, and the line moved faster than I thought it would. Everything was straightforward, and the bus left on time too, so yeah, I was happy with how it went.

"Honestly cleaner than most buses"
I took a flixbus last weekend and was actually surprised by how clean it was. Usually buses are kind of gross in one way or another, but this one had tidy seats, no random trash everywhere, and the floor wasn’t sticky, which feels like a miracle. Even the toilet was decent for a bus, and bus toilets are basically always questionable lol. It made the whole ride feel way more comfortable. I’d definitely use flixbus again.
